Melanie delights in helping her Diamond Strings couples find their ‘perfect match’ of ceremony music. Something meaningful and unique to them that will add an incredible sense of romance, emotion and beauty to those once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Wedding Ceremony Music

Diamond Strings couples are specially invited to choose songs for their:

• Processional (walking down the aisle)

• Signing the register

• Recessional (walking back down the aisle at the end)

Background music

Diamond Strings performs background music as guests arrive at the ceremony, as the couple are congratulated post ceremony, and during the drinks & canapés service.

The background music playlist is curated on the day to perfectly fit the venue, theme and mood of the day.

Often this will be a mix of heart melting contemporary songs at the ceremony, and for the canapés time, a light, jazzy set that compliments the light hearted celebrations.

Couples may choose to leave the background music selections entirely up to Diamond Strings, or alternatively they may highlight their favourites from the full repertoire list, and Diamond Strings will base the playlist around those ‘must have’ tunes!

Special Request Songs

For those with their heart set on a song for their ceremony outside the extensive repertoire of Diamond Strings, special requests are welcomed.

Please note, special requests incur additional fees, depending on the number of special requests and your chosen ensemble.

Diamond Strings kindly requests that couples give at least two months notice for any special request songs, as they’re custom arranged and require rehearsals.
